Job Overview

Seeking dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) or Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team to play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to residents in a luxury assisted living environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow State Nurse Practice Act guidelines and established best practices
• Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders
• Monitor resident conditions and adjust care to ensure safety and comfort
• Maintain strict infection control protocols
• Accurately document patient care in the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system
• Collaborate in interdisciplinary team meetings to develop holistic care plans
• Educate residents and family members on conditions, care plans, and medications
  
  

Qualifications

• Active LPN or RN license in the state of Massachusetts
• Experience in assisted living, retirement communities, or long-term care preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
