Position Description

This Critical Care Transport Nurse Will Be Responsible For

  • Total clinical nursing care of stable and unstable critically ill children during transportation – both ground and air transports.
  • Communicating coordinating care with multidisciplinary team members from sending and receiving facilities.

To qualify, you must have:

  • A minimum 3 years ICU or ED experience is required; EMT experience preferred.
  • PALS/NRP/ACLS/EMT certification required within first year of employment and CCRN certification required within 2 years of employment.
  • BSN required.
  • Includes day/night rotating 12 hour shifts, every third weekend.

*Sign-on bonus of $5,000 for new hires (who have not worked at BCH in the past 2 years).
