Passing of Dr. Claire MacDonald

Dear NEONE Colleagues:

  It is with great sadness that I write to inform you of the passing of Dr. Claire MacDonald on June 6 after a brief illness.  Claire was an active member of NEONE for several years, coordinating and presenting at symposiums and leading the organization as a former President of the Executive Board.
